The GTG team is back in the office after a very busy Malta week.  This year’s SIGMA Europe which took place between the 14th and 18th of November 2022 included three conferences, Sigma, AIBC, and Med‑tech.

Mr Reuben Portanier was one of the main speakers at the IMGL Regulatory Panel at Sigma where he, as a former regulator and current gaming advisor, gave an overview of the evolution of regulatory collaboration between various countries.

Dr Ian Gauci was invited to speak at a panel hosted by the European Parliament in Malta at AIBC. Dr Gauci discussed the impact of novel regulations such as the AI Act in Europe on the digital economy.

Dr Ian Gauci was also a speaker at MedTech discussing AI and the use of technology in the medical sector.

The team has also participated in various networking events.
