About
Mr Andrew Demanuele joined GTG in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and the oversight of its corporate and financial services functions. He works closely with a broad portfolio of Maltese and international corporate clients, advising on financial structuring, governance, and long-term financial sustainability.
He graduated from the University of Malta, majoring in Accounts and Economics, and furthered his professional formation by obtaining a Diploma in Tax from the Institute of Taxation in Malta, strengthening his expertise in taxation and regulatory compliance.
Mr Demanuele is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Board of Accountancy and the Malta Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in Maltese and English, and has a working knowledge of Italian.
He is known for his pragmatic, solutions-driven approach and his ability to align financial strategy with clients’ commercial objectives.
