About
Amy Leah Barbara joined GTG as a Legal Trainee in 2026 following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) at the University of Malta.
She is pursuing the Master of Advocacy at the University of Malta.
Her dissertation, Regulating Deepfakes in the EU: Transparency Obligations and Platform Accountability, reflects her interest in emerging technologies, digital regulation, and the evolving relationship between law and innovation. She also has a strong interest in financial law, corporate law, and civil law.
